The Four Horsesmen of the Race for Grace

I finally came up with a photo of the painting of the four horses owned by WinStar that qualified for the KY Derby this year.  Unfortuantely, two of the horses scratched before the race (Rule and Endorsement), but American Lion and Super Saver did start.  In Super Saver’s case he also finished first . . . I think it’s safe to say this is the first painting of the 2010 derby winner and certainly the

only painting of the four of them.  The painting was sold that night to benefit the Race Track Chaplaincy. Nice horse – even nicer people.
